Review: Good day Our business has have been dealing with MFP Group for about almost 3 years, we are a firm of attorneys and we do conveyancing. We have had the most excellent service from day one. When we log a call for anything , it is dealt with most efficiently at all times. The staff is not only very friendly but extremely professional and efficient at all times. The technicians that normally come out to us are Mark and Kyle. They are most efficient ,helpful and always willing to ensure they provide the best possible service at all times, which in turn enables our office to be able to keep our productivity moving swiftly ensuring we are able to provide our clients with the best service possible. The ladies at the office of MFP are wonderful. They will always do follow up calls to check if all in order, the will also call to let us know the technicians are on their way or how long they will be. In short they are friendly , efficient and professional . I always enjoy the interaction with them and will highly recommend them anytime. It is a pleasure to have them as one of our service providers.

Review: MFP consistently provides friendly and reliable service. Kyle has always been respectful and professional during his visits to our offices. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to increase communication regarding technician scheduling, as our printers are essential for contracting work and delays can impact our ability to complete jobs. Aside from that, we truly enjoy working with MFP.

Review: We have been with the MFP group for the past 2 years and it has been a bliss! Our sales guy CHARLES has been AMAZING! Very knowledgeable on the products he sells, always goes out of his way to assist when we have issues, even takes calls after hours if the need arises! Everyone loves him in the office as he is always so friendly with everyone! I would recommend MFP to anyone and go further and recommend Charles as their sales. He knows his job and certainly knows how to treat customers. Give this man a BELL'S!!!

Review: I have been dealing with Justin Hart who has provided our school, Alberton Matric Project, with a cctv security system as well as a printer. I cannot express sufficiently how 'hands on' Justin is. He is constantly in contact and checking up with the progress of the installations. His after sales service is excellent. He negotiated a superb pricing system for our community school. Thank you so much Justin! Yu don't often get service of this kind today!
