He worked patiently and professionally, ensuring that the printer was installed and connected on all the teachers' computers. He took the time to clearly explain how to replace the drum, clear paper jams, and troubleshoot basic issues. His instructions were easy to understand, and he answered all our questions with patience and professionalism.
